Every clean we carry out is backed by the Genie Clean Sparkle Guarantee. It’s a simple promise: if you’re not completely happy with a clean, tell us and we’ll come back to put it right.
What the guarantee means
We stand behind every job we do, whether it’s a single window clean, a full house wash, a construction handover clean, or an ongoing commercial contract. If any part of the work hasn’t been finished to the standard you’d expect, get in touch and we’ll come back to sort it out.
It’s not a small print exercise – it’s simply how we’ve operated since 1998, and it’s why so many of our customers have stayed with us for years.
